Braam is an absolute legend. Very informative with little bits of local knowledge and making everyone in the group feel included. My wife and myself are South African and we were in a big group of Dutch people. I understand Dutch and Flemish, but my wife does not and Braam went above and beyond to make sure that she knew exactly what was going on and translated with no issues. We had such a fun time with him that we later joined his night tour, an absolute must do.

This is an excellent way to see the city have beer and chocolate the two best things in life. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and fun which makes the tour worth way more than the cost. And it's just enough time to not get bored or overloaded with information. Plus you have time to to explore the city and fit in other activities. Loved this one and highly recommend for "if you are visiting Bruges"

The meeting point was different to what was stated on the ticket and website. Louis our guide kindly rang us when we were not there so we did not miss any of the tour. would recommend to a friend.

The tour guide was really friendly and informative. The chocolate part of the tour was OK, they explain how chocolate is made and a bit about the history and you get to try a couple of chocolates. The beer tour was interesting but it said on the ticket you get to try 3 different beers but you only get to try one type which was quite disappointing.

Our guide was thoroughly knowledgeable and funny with everything he told us. It made it all extremely interesting, and very interactive. I really recommend anybody visiting Brugge to do this tour. It is certainly value for money.
