I wish everyone had a chance to spend a day with Murat, exploring Ireland north of Belfast. He is a wonderful guide—knowledgeable, kind, patient, accommodating, great sense of humor. I had a wonderful time with him, going at my own pace, visiting sites from The Dark Hedges at dawn (magical!) to the ruins and wonders along the north coast, ending with a dramatic ride down the beautiful Antrim Coast. I loved our discussions about Irish history, whiskey, churches, The Troubles, and am grateful for all he taught me along the way. Thanks, Murat—I wish I could give you a hundred stars!

I booked a private tour with Murat after reading his description of the tour and the fact that he'd customize it to our liking. We traveled with 2 adult children and Murat was terrific from the beginning. We left out a couple of places and then he added one that was a new discovery for all of us. He went above and beyond, told us interesting things about the area & led us to a little place for a nice local lunch. We felt completely safe with him. I'd recommend Murat in a heartbeat!

Great Individualized Private Tour!

Murat picked us up at our Belfast hotel promptly and sat with us in his Mercedes van to map out our day. He made suggestions and listened to our ideas and then we set off on a fun-filled, jam-packed day. (We set the pace but if you want a slower pace Murat would be sure to slow down for you.) We’re big GoT fans so we chose to go see The Dark Hedges, House Greyjoy, the Iron Islands, Melisandre’s cave, and more. We also stopped at the Giant’s Causeway and the Bushmills Distillery. Murat was lots of fun and kept us informed, entertained, and even had beverages and sweets for us to enjoy! It was worth every penny to have a tour of our own going exactly where we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this tour. Thanks Murat at Belfast Tours NI for a day we’ll remember forever!

Perfect day in Northern Ireland

We spent a day in Northern Ireland with our daughters, 16 and 13. Murat was a perfect host and guide from the moment we first connected. He built a bespoke itinerary based on our interests. Gave us clear instructions leading up to the tour. Was timely and gracious in greeting us. Had several tricks only a local would know to get us quick and exclusive access. He adjusted our plans throughout the day based on our feedback, and anticipated a few perfect stops we wouldn't have known without him. He kept our teenaged daughters entertained through the day (not an easy task). And left us with smiles, laughter and a day filled with special memories. We can't recommend Murat highly enough!

This is a MUST do tour! Although the cost may appear a bit more expensive than some other tours it is by far worth every penny. This tour is Private, and completely customizable. We were able to add an additional site that was not listed. We could spend as much time as we wanted at each stop and could discuss the order we wanted to see things. As a professional photographer, I was looking for a tour that allowed us to go at our own pace, and not be rushed, as we would have been on a large group bus tour.
