A must see!
, Jun 2022
The comfortable bus ride there, the beauty of the mountain location, the basilica, the Black Madonna, Michelangelo’s crucifix, the wonderful farm lunch location and food, and our perfecto tour guide made this experience very memorable. Highly recommend!

Our guide Matteo was super nice, the trip was wonderful, it was really nice to see! Ps the Indian woman Anna gave me her number but I cannot find her back, is possible that through the app I can find hee back ?
Montserrat needs no words
, Jun 2022
Montserrat is stunningly beautiful without needing words, but Richard was able to provide a personal touch to the history of the area and explain what we were seeing. The food at the farm to table lunch was amazingly flavourful!
The “bus” was the problem
, Jun 2022
We were lucky enough tot see the choirs perform. The crowds were not bad the day we went but still lines to get into the basilica. The cable car ride was very nice. The minor issues were that the bus seats were a bit uncomfortable for the 1hr drive, the bus being late so we had very little time at the monastery, and there was no “guiding” during the transits- it would have been useful to get additional information during the ride. Lunch was not in the setting in the picture, but was very good.
Great Day Trip to Montserrat with a Few Added Surprises
, May 2022
This tour far exceeded our expectations. While we planned for a trip to the monastery, we did not realize all the other activities available in Montserrat. The hike from the center of Montserrat to enjoy the sweeping views of the valley below and the rock formations above was spectacular. The cable car ride down the mountain and the chocolate pastry were also unexpected treats. The highlight of the trip was our enthusiastic guide Richard, whose love of the region was infectious. The farm to table lunch included with the tour was delicious and authentic to the region. Definitely a great day trip option from Barcelona.
Excellent experience

Excellent experience! You wont regret it … very worth it. Loved the enthusiasm of our guide. We enjoyed everything from beginning to end
Not recommended - poor tour company
, May 2022
We do not recommend this tour. Meeting spot without toilets. Bus arrived late and with broken microphone. Tour guide barely spoke and instead played video games on his phone. Did not include entry into Basilica much less the choir. Guide didn’t keep people on time. Had to wait another 30+ minutes in the Sun for bus to pick us back up. Restaurant didn’t respect my food allergies despite calling ahead. Guide didn’t manage the bus driver or restaurant situation. Recommend doing in your own instead.
Great experience, don’t miss out!

This was a wonderful trip and worth every penny. Our Tour Guide. Pol, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the monastery and it’s surroundings. The meal was excellent and the restaurant was charming.

Knowledgeable guide and a wonderful history set in a beautiful mountainside. Just spectacular. The train ride down the mountain was fun and the lunch was beyond my expectation.

The tour started on time and Roger was very informative. The Black Madonna has restrictions for Covid, so there is crowd control. Its not a guarantee you will get up close. It did not take away from the beauty of Montserrat. Must do.
Lunch was not at a farmhouse
, Sep 2021
Montserrat was gorgeous! But our tour guide wasn’t great. He didn’t appear to be very organized. In the hours we spent on the bus he said very little. When we would ask him a question about our free time his answers were vague. It took so long to get to the town due to the traffic (which I know he had no control over) we only had 45 minutes of free time. It became very confusing as to our options. You need to change your advertising and pictures from “Farmhouse lunch” to local restaurant! Although they gave us more food than we could eat we were looking for the experience that you advertised! It says lunch at a farmhouse and that the whole reason I booked this tour. Montserrat did not disappoint but the tour did.

Montserrat with farmhouse lunch
, Mar 2020
Marco was an amazing host! The monastery was beautiful and it was a perfect time of alone time to look around and time with Marco who was filled with knowledge. The farmhouse lunch was a delicious and perfect way to end our excursion...and Marcos singing on the bus on the way home kept the fun going. I’d definitely book this trip!!

Do Not Miss This Tour!!
, Mar 2020
The trip to Montserrat Monastery and lunch at the farm house is not to be missed!! Ariana was a wonderful tour guide! We were among the lucky groups to hear the boys choir sing on Sunday. The Monastery is so beautiful and shockingly located high in the mountain. It is hard to imagine how it was built! We were given time to explore on our own. Ari was always conveniently located in case we had questions. The lunch at the farm house is not to be missed. Ari and the staff have a wonderful relationship and made lunch a real experience - food was amazing!!! Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent choir
, Mar 2020
Federico is an excellent tour guide. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. This farm is actually part of the nature park. The choir experience was really cool. I actually went with family but there was no option for family (adults). The van is small so make sure you get there early to sit in the front if you get carsick easily since you might feel a bit queasy in the back.

Wonderful Day!
, Feb 2020
We had a wonderful and informative day with our guide Fred! He was great at pointing out sights of interest along the drive to Montserrat and explaining the history of the area. Once we got there he explained the history of the monastery and what goes on there currently. We went into the church and heard the boys choir, which was magical. Then we had about an hour to explore on our own. There is a market and so many beautiful views to see! We then headed down the mountain in the cable car. We loaded in our bus and headed to the olive farm for a traditional Catalunya lunch. It was fantastic! The whole day was wonderful and we highly recommend this day trip as part of your Barcelona stay!!
Montserrat and more

Fantastic day with Adriadna!! She shared her love for the Catalan culture!! Loved every aspect of our day—wonderful, comfortable ride ( thanks to our driver), great sites, and lunch at the farm could not have been more delectable!! Thank you for wonderful memories!!! ❤️
Memorable experience

We had a really great experience on the Montserrat day tour. Our guide Adrian was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and our driver who I believe was called Andrea were a great team and are both assets to your company.

Great time visiting Monserrat and having lunch at the farm house. Our guide, Roger, was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this trip without reservation.
Lovely Day Out
, Jan 2020
It was a lovely day out! Perfect if your looking for a bit quieter tour without too much rush. The timing was perfectly organised with perfect balance between the time off and explanatory part. Delicious meal in a beautiful place. Valentina does a really good job and makes sure everyone is comfortable and enjoys the trip. Also the driver, Marius did so well getting us safely up there and back and going through that rough and narrow path that led to the restaurant. Thank you so much!
Great Day Trip

This was a wonderful day with my 14 year old. Took all the stress out of finding our own way there and gave us not only some interesting stories about the monestary and the surrounding area, but also time to roam around on our own. The guide was great and the meal at the farm was fantastic. Great scenery and plenty to eat and drink. We really enjoyed ourselves.
