With a chef guide as your leader, work your way through learning to make 12 different authentic Thai dishes from scratch with an average class of 8 students or fewer.   • Cooking class is 30-minutes to both BKK airports. You may check out of your room and bring your bags to class if you wish catch your fight after class
  • Minimum participant age is 3 years
  • Infants are welcome but you must take of them as we do not provide a baby sitting service.
  • See our location directions map link in your voucher and show same to your driver as this is the most direct route from all popular foreigner lodgings.
  • We recommend you be in your taxi by 9 am.
  • Tourists travelling by Bangkok city taxi need to allow time before departure time to ask 5 or 6 taxi drivers to run their meter before you will find one that will run their meter to go anywhere. Most students use GRAB taxi app. There are a number of taxi companies operating in Bangkok and if you select to come by no meter taxi be sure you agree to the fare before getting in the taxi and they will likely come by Google Maps route not teh route on our map. They will take by the outer ring road (HWY 9) and that will add 10 km to your ride and it is a toll road.
  • You can expect your ride to us to be 30 to 45 minutes and on the meter cost 150 to 220 baht. Grab taxi app and most other taxi will want to come by way of the motorway which is a toll road so less chance of traffic problems. the cost to come this way is more than by our map at near 300 baht with or without a meter plus near 60 baht for tolls.
  • After class we will call a taxi to your next destination or at your option guide you the 20 baht water taxi.

There were plenty of really good tips about basic ingredients (and things to avoid) which helped when we later prepared what were the Thai staple dishes. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day delivered in a light-hearted and easy-going manner by the charming Chef Leez. If you have the slightest interest in cooking Thai you need to do one of these courses!

We had a great time at this class, they were very accommodating as we had booked for the 25th but due to complications we did not attend so they let us join the class on the 26th instead. Chef Leez gives you amazing insight into local ingredients and how to stretch said ingredients and also the versatility of the basics in order to transform a recipe. The hands on aspect was a lot of fun if a little confusing at times due to dietary restrictions so we cooked in 2 groups. Chef Leez makes everyone welcome, fills you with confidence and helps you fall in love with Thai cooking!! Highly recommend.

Chef LeeZ Cooking Class In Bangkok 1620. After class and at your option we offer to have your taxi take you to the nearby water taxi for a truly Thai cultural experience and adventure. In the 10 AM class you learn hands-on from scratch 12 dishes just like Granny made it. That takes 3 classes anywhere else. Trip Advisor's #1 Thai cooking class is in Bangkok. #1 every year since 2011! Our average class is 8 or fewer students yet we hold Trip Advisor's cooking class WORLD review record every year since 2014! What does that tell you about the class content and class delivery?

Chef LeeZ is awesome!!! I did a solo class while on business in Bangkok. As a wannabe chef, I always wanted to learn the fundamentals of authentic Thai cuisine. This class did not dissapoint! I especially liked that Chef LeeZ is a bit outside the central business district, giving me a chance to see some of what normal life in Bangkok looks like. The class is done in an extension to Chef LeeZ home, it's clean, comfortable, fully A/C and very well run. Her staff is helpful, full of smiles, and really nice. Most importantly, you will learn how to cook here, making authentic recipies that taste much better than any restaurant you've been to. I highly recommend Chef LeeZ!
