Private Departure Transfer: Banff to Calgary International Airport

Driver was early, efficient and we got to the airport enough time for our flight hassle free. Driver and van was very good

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I strongly suggest that you do NOT book anything involving Ambassador Limosine and Shuttling Services. We took the time to book private transportation for 4 adults several weeks in advance of our trip. Per the instructions, we called 24 hours in advance of the date of pickup at our hotel to confirm our reservations. The car that showed up was NOT for 4 adults and required that we cram 3 people in the back seat. Barely enough room for luggage. We feel very bad because we booked this horrible experience for our friends, as well, and they were paying for their half of the ride. This was a VERY EXPENSIVE and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE one and a half hour ride to the airport. Additionally the driver was sick with a cold and was sneezing the entire time. Very disgusting, and we will likely all get sick now, as well. Not the way to end our vacation, and we will NEVER use this service again.

We had the Private Departure Transfer from Banff to Calgary International Airport. The driver/guide was very professional and attentive. We only expected a ride, but received a welcomed tour guide. His driving was safe and everything was on-time.

The service staff that handle my transport reservation did a wonderful job in listing to m booking mistake problem and proceed to manage the changes necessary to finsih with a smooth ride in a stretched limo from Banff to Calgery International Airport. The limo company also call us informing us of a delay in pickup due to traffic accident on route. The chauffeur was very courteous and took time to make sure our luggages were in place and to explain the facilities available in the limo. The ride was smooth and on arrival , unload our golf clubs and luggages onto the airport luggage carts before leaving. It ws a very good experience.

Transfer from Banff to Calgary, CA was on time, pleasant driver and the car was clean. He got us to the airport as planned and we would definitely utilize the service again! Thanks!
