Amazing experience. We were picked up on time by our guide Sharon could not have asked for a better guide. Her enthusiasm, knowledge and joy made it feel as though we were walking around the rock with a friend not on a tour.

Excellent guide Mick ensured we were comfortable as well as enjoyed our tour. He told us what was appropriate and respectful about the Aboriginal significance of sites we visited. He also was very informative and gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I'd highly recommend this trip to anybody who enjoys walking and exploring. The pace is medium so you do need to keep up but there's no formal rush.

Enjoyable!

This sunrise walk was an excellent experience of Uluru and it's environment. The terrain was easy walking on sand and gravel. The breakfast was lovely (except for the ever-present persistent flies). Pick up and drop off were punctual and comfortable. Our young guide was knowledgeable and pleasant to be walking with ensuring he chatted to each member at some time during the walk. This Tour is well worth joining.

Base walk of Uluru is amazing

We had Julia (with SEIT) as our guide. She was very good. The walk by itself is amazing and Julia made it all come alive. Along the 12k walk Julia pointed out many amazing points of interest and told many stories linked to certain sacred sites for the First Nations. We did the tour in Feb. The walk was very comfortable for most of the time. The last Kilometre or so was in full sun and it made a big difference. Be sure to take water and have sun protection including a hat. Would highly recommend - Uluru looks much different up close. Interesting to see how the vegetation changes as you walk around.
