Etienne was an excellent guide to Antwerp. We had not been highly prepared for our visit, and in our three hours tour Etienne gave us an excellent overview and insight into history and development up to art, architechture and modern Antwerp. Etienne has a great knowledge of the city and did even provide us with very useful informations for restaurants. We highly recommend a tour with him and his intimate stories of Antwerp

Etienne is the best person to see the real Antwerp. Be sure to have comfortable shoes because there is a lot of walking. He was very accommodating in adjusting his schedule to meet us due to train delays from Brussels where we were staying. Etienne has and excellent command of English and very informative about the history of Antwerp being a local. He showed us some real gems around the city that you would really mis-out with a larger group. The best would be 3-5 people. He can give you a lot of tips about places to eat and the best place to shop for diamonds. We really enjoyed the tour and Etienne really made it memorable.

We had a great tour with Etienne in Antwerp! He has shown us many special places that the common tourguides might not be able to show you, simply because you can enter these places more easily when only being three persons than when being thirty persons. We got to see some hidden and really beautiful backyards and learned a lot about Antwerps soul, its citizens and famous people, not only the usual sightseeing points. Etiennes knowledge about the city was on point and he also recommended more activities to get to know the city beyond the typical 72 hours trip. It was a really great experience, wed absolutely book this tour again any time!

It was fabulous and Etienne was a great raconteur. He made Antwerp come alive and we enjoyed his company very much. I can recommend walking with locals as I think they are called. If you do not go on this tour you will not understand what Antwerp is all about.
