The food stalls were very good. We went to three food stalls and had big variety of food. You travel in a personal car. This trip is good for groups and solo travelers.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR! All four of us were sick the next day with vomiting and diarrhea. We could not participate in our plans for the next day. TIME WE WILL NEVER GET BACK. The guide told us very little and mostly talked with the driver. The street venues were dirty and disgusting.

Our guides (Joaquín and Fernando) were wonderful and have a lot of knowledge about the area and the local cuisine. The food was phenomenal and it's clear that the they took great care in selecting the best places to go. This tour is a highlight of my travels in Guatemala. Highly recommend for those who want to get off the beaten path and eat like the locals.
