We were waiting and waiting, standing around with others waiting for their ride, when the driver, who had been standing there at least 10min finally approached and asked our name. We were looking for someone with our name on a sign. We didn’t even know he was a driver 🙁

Thank you for your opinion, it will allow us to improve our website. At the arrival transfer the driver waits in the place described on the voucher an hour after the current arrival of your aircraft, so it is possible that he was waiting in that place. We hope you will use our services again!

Took transportation from hotel to airport. Pick up was at 6:35am. Driver was on time and helpful. Construction was happening in front of our hotel that morning but the driver made the effort to get close enough to get us.

Awful Experience and Overpriced

We arrived and driver not there. Called twice and then he appeared. At the car one suitcase tipped and rubbed side of bumper. It was a black transfer and the majority came ff with a spit and finger rub. There was a small remaining black mark that needed buffing out. When we arrived at hotel the taxi driver said that charge was $50 for the damage (in addition to a $73 ride. We argued, the bellman agreed with me but he would not leave. I eventually gave him $30EU to just move on with my vacation. There is a train that would have cost $10pp and a regular uber (that I took as a return) was $40. Save the money and the hassle. Unfortunately a driver did not meet us after our flight. When we first came out of the baggage area there were drivers with signs standing in the immediate area. We waited for a while and then asked the other drivers that were left if there could be another area with drivers waiting. They sent us to another possible spot, and no one was there at all. We will be contacting Viator for a refund after our vacation.
