My driver was amazing and hilarious. He took me to get tea many times. We stopped to feed wild camels at one point. He always made sure I was comfortable with music, ac, etc. There was lots of complimentary water and complimentary wifi (really hard to come by in Jordan). He took me to castles in the middle of the desert and we had tea in a cave. It was amazing. I had a great day. The schedule was not strict and I got to spend as much time as I wanted in Petra. He was punctual and friendly. I often feel creeped out around men as a solo female traveller, but all was good.

I had a great experience with Ahmad traveling from Amman to Petra. As a first-time visitor to Jordan, he helped me understand the country's history and place in the region as we made the 3-hour drive. Ahmad pointed out important landmarks and attractions as we drove and I felt very well taken care of. At Petra, I was dropped off and allowed to spend as long as I wanted exploring before making the return journey. Petra was absolutely the highlight of my trip and traveling with Ahmad to get there from Amman made it all possible.

We were lucky enough to be accommodated by Yosef who gave us an unbelievable day. He was incredibly kind, courteous, and friendly. His car was clean and had great WiFi and he consistently went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of on the way to Petra and back. Could not recommend more, amazing experience!

Petra was amazing. It’s a long drive from Amman but we’ll worth it. My guide and driver Muhammad was just awesome. He really took care of me and was very knowledgeable and friendly. A great guy!! At Petra, I recommend getting a guide to really do some real hiking and see it from the highest points but they are a little pricey!! It really was a “once in a lifetime “ experience. Thank you Viator and especially to Muhammad; a wonderful guide to have!!!
