Remy our guide was by far the best tour guide! He knew everything about the villages, lavender production, and gave great tips while we were in each city. He went above and beyond scouting out the best lavender fields while we enjoyed lunch. I am a solo female traveler from the US and the entire day was safe, fun, and so memorable. Thank you Remy! Highly recommend!

A lovely, leisurely morning visiting the famous lavender fields. Remy our guide was very good humoured and knowledgeable. Interesting also to see the distilling site. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable way to experience this beautiful countryside.

Our wonderful guide, Pierre, drove our little group through some amazing scenery, sweet, historic villages and managed to find us the last of the lavender before the end of the season. His knowledge of the area was so interesting even the lavender oil extraction process. I very much enjoyed the day and I can highly recommend.

Disappointed

The tour guide was not French. The microphone in the van did not work so it was difficult to understand and she was speaking three languages on an English tour throughout the tour. The best lavender fields she spoke about she didn’t take us to.

Fields of Fragrance: Lavender, Sage and Sunflowers

This is a nice leisurely day snapping photos, enjoying drinks with a view etc. I especially enjoyed the contrast between the bright yellow Sunflowers, the violet of the Lavender and the sage pink. I later painted a 30 cm x 30 cm acrylic memento of the day. Highly recommended.

absolutely a must when you visit provence! was glad to explore the gorgeous lavender fields in early july before the season was over, and to avoid the massive summer holiday crowd starting from mid july onwards. i also really enjoyed the lunch stop at the very charming and picturesque village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie. just be careful of the buzzing bees when you get up close and personal at the fields during photo taking! was super happy when the friendly guide also brought us to nearby sunflower fields as a special bonus... it was definitely a day of dream come true for me bucket list checked! :

The saturation of color and smells is magnificent. It was very very hot....I would have liked to have some cold water available. The little town that we visited had lavender ice cream. It was well worth the trip

Horrible and Falsey Advertised

Horrible tour. They claimed their car stopped working and had to get a rental. The car has NO AC in the back. Only 2 vents for the driver. He did not speak one word to us besides driving us there. He lied and told us the l occatane factory tours only Happened on Wendneaday when the workers told us that was not true in the museum. Nothing was as advertised. Big SCAM.
