In the center of Sapporo! Soba making experience and three types of Hokkaido sake comparison plan
1
From where I knead Japanese buckwheat noodles, I will experience it all the way to the point where I cut it. Buckwheat uses buckwheat flour from Horokanai Hokkaido! Also, sake sake maker can compare three types of limited sake in Hokkaido. In Japan, when eating soba there is a custom of drinking sake. Buckwheat and sake are highly compatible.
Recommended for good trip memories. We accept from reservations of 2 people or more.
