Through alleys and streets, see and learn about our history and social culture, all while going through unique places you can't find anywhere else in the world! Dangerous? Not quite! Despite the claims of the Media and people who never actually visited us, the Rocinha Favela is one of the safest place in all Rio. Specially during local tour schedules! Have a 100% safe walk on a living urban history site with a local guide that is there to both accompany and take care of you. What makes Lucky Tour different? The biggest difference between Lucky and other general Tour Agencies, it's that the your trip is made with a local guide, born and raised inside the Favela, that takes you through places that most Guides won't, mostly out of fear or they don't know the Labyrinth that Rocinha can be. You can't leave Rio without visiting us! Everyone is equal in our place!

Visit the other side of Rio de Janeiro with this guided tour of the Rocinha favela, where you can discover the lesser known and surprising side of the Brazilian favelas. In this walking tour, we will have the opportunity to review our most negative prejudices associated with slums and connect with their most unknown part. We will prove the power of education by knowing closely the educational projects of social reintegration. Thanks to these programs, favela residents can achieve a better life without resorting to violence. In these areas of Rio, we can also find artistic manifestations and, in our tour, we will see the most famous graffiti of Rocinha. Some murals are authentic works of art that convey the feelings of the humblest Brazilians. The colorful buildings are another proof of the creativity of the inhabitants of Rocinha. After visiting the favela, we will return to the starting point in Rocinha to return to the Rio de Janeiro hotel zone.

During the waking tour you will meet the resident guide and gain insight into the challenges these communities face and learn how even through such difficulties the people of the favela are able to smile and welcome visitors.
