Forest Bathing & Nature Therapy Walk

Forest Bathing & Nature Therapy Walk

star-5
6
This walk is a unique way to practice social distancing and self care in the nurturing forests of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The walk takes place on a private preserve where you can truly unplug, unwind, and reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and our wild world without distraction. Forest Bathing is the simple practice of walking slowly through the forest, connecting with the environment with all senses. I invite you to breathe deep and pause long enough to notice the gentle breeze on your skin, the sounds of the forest, and your busy mind relaxing its pace. Studies show that time in nature offers physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits that linger even after you've left the trail behind. A guided forest therapy walk is a unique avenue to unlocking these benefits. Hope to see you on the trail soon!

Guided Hike to 3 Amazing Waterfalls - 2.5 Hour Hiking Tour
"Clayton was an excellent tour guide. From the moment he picked us up at the hotel to when he dropped us off, he was full of information on the area we were staying in (Asheville) as well as driving through and going to. He is local and knows a lot of history as well as outdoor skills. We went through Canton and he told us about the local paper mill. This was important because the area we went to for the very special waterfalls had no old trees from when the mill cut them down. Yet, it was so beautiful with younger trees (yes, they are tall), the waterfalls, the "swimming holes", flowers, etc. Then we went on to the Blue Ridge Pkwy and it was clear after the night of rain. The sun was out and we had a gorgeous view. Thank you for this very special private tour that "took our hands" and helped us enjoy nature."..."
