Our half day climbing trip gives beginner and intermediate climbers the chance to explore a location climbers around the world dream of visiting! If you are a beginner don`t worry, the introductory class covers everything you need to know: top rope climbing, belaying, safety and basic climbing techniques and you’ll have time to take on multiple rock climbs, with the option to stay on beginner-friendly routes or try something more challenging. Our knowledgeable guides adhere to the highest safety standards, allowing you to feel confident to try something new and be rewarded with epic views and an unforgettable experience.

Just a few minutes of Yoga a day can bring more balance and harmony into your life. A Yoga session will ground you, challenge you to focus on the moment and connect to your mind, body and breath. Each class builds more strength, creates flexibility and harmonizes the hormonal system.

It all started 25 years ago when i was a kid. Now as a golf professional for 15 years I will explain all the secrets of swing so you can hit the ball and enjoy this magnificent sport. It is funny but I never thought I would end up playing golf, jaja, but here i am i love the game and i would love to teach you and get excited to play with me!

SUP Yoga is recommened for everyone who is able to swim - regardless of previous yoga or SUP experience. It’s a unique way to connect your body and mind in a beautiful setting where you can listen to the rhythm of the waves and the noises of nature. Doing yoga on the SUP Boards will help you to realise that you are able to find your inner peace and tranquility even when everything is moving around you. An exciting and calming experience at the same time. It will improve your body awareness and develop your balance and coordination.

Our yoga class is held on the beach in the shade, overlooking the sea, so you can constantly enjoy a nice seabreeze and a stunning view. We will make sure that you are in safe place and we will help you with hands-on adjustment during the activity. The breakfast will take place in Palmanova's unique oasis, Max Garden where the organic food helps us to nourish our body. Starting your morning like that will make you feel totally relaxed and energized for the whole day!
