The Basics

Travelers love strolling Venice Beach to take in the bohemian boardwalk and its brightly colored murals, funky shops, and street performers, including the Sunday afternoon drum circle. A hop-on hop-off bus tour is a great way to explore Venice Beach on your own schedule, while renting bikes or roller skates enables you to cover more ground—and blend in with the locals. This sandy spot is typically visited on Los Angeles city sightseeing tours and is sometimes paired with a stop in Santa Monica.

This was the perfect way to see the tourist parts of LA without having to drive. Also I was able to identify areas for future visits and cross some things off the list. Loved the tour guide he was great.

Shared 8 hours Los Angeles City Sightseeing Tour from Long Beach
The tour guide was excellent. Tom Cruise’s House, Hollywood sign, The walk of fame, The Farmers Market, Paramount pictures, Coliseum, Beverley Hills, Mel’s Diner, the Mexican Market, the Grand peer race streets, Museums, Tar pit, and much more caught my attention with all the details that the tour guide offered.

Shared 8 hours Los Angeles City Sightseeing Tour from Long Beach
This tour was everything my daughter and I had hoped for, and more. We are in town for a mother-daughter trip to celebrate her 21st birthday, so I figured Hollywood and LA were a must see. Our guide, John, was absolutely wonderful! He made the tour fun and exciting, and allowed us plenty of time to explore the different stops on our own. It was easy to see how much John loved sharing his amazing wealth of knowledge about the different areas. This tour was a fabulous way to spend the day!

Private Surfing Lesson in Venice Beach
Alejandro was a patient, kind, thorough instructor. We had no experience & we all managed to get up (at least briefly). If I lived locally, I would try to get frequent lessons from him. Great instructor! Thank you so much for such great memories.
