The museum is located just a few doors down from the Cavern Club on Mathew Street, a staple of most Beatles-focused city tours, which also tend to cover Penny Lane and the statue of Cilla Black. The Magical Beatles Museum is a must-visit for fans of the Fab Four.
The Victorian-era venue is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
Don’t bring heavy coats as there is no cloakroom on site.
Much of the collection derives from the personal keepsakes of Neil Aspinall, the band’s former assistant, and Pete Best, the founding drummer.
