Black Paths is an outdoor adventure game about Leipzig's southern cemetery. The game takes you on hidden paths across the cemetery, past impressive tombs and statues and combines the great atmosphere of the cemetery with popular adventure game aspects. Tricky puzzles show you hidden spots and paths that draw you even deeper into the atmosphere of the place. Your goal is to solve an ancient crime and to discover the identity of the perpetrator.

This beautiful round trip shows Leipzig both from its natural side, as well as the charm of industrial architecture on the water. The average distance is easy to handle for beginners and also offers paddlers with more experience one or the other challenge. The tour starts in the city harbor Leipzig. When you arrive, you will meet your guide and get a detailed introduction to paddling and safety aspects. From the city harbor we drive past the villa of the famous publisher family Baedeker and the imposing Palmgarten weir on the Elsterflutbett. Along Leipzig's largest park, the Clara Zetkin Park, we paddle to the racecourse in Scheibenholz. After the Leipzig corner, continue to the Leipzig Canoe Club. Here, the boats have to be transported a short distance. Then we follow the White Elster back to the city. Here we pass among other things the Buntgarnwerke and finally reach the city harbor.

We are located within walking distance of the city center and are the perfect starting point for exploration tours due to our central location in the Leipzig water system. Once you arrive, you will meet your guide and get a detailed introduction to paddle technology and safety aspects. Passing Leipzig's largest park, the Clara Zetkin Park, we drive to the racecourse in Scheibenholz. After the Leipzig corner we follow the Pleißeflutbett to the lock Connewitz. After being paddled by the Pleiße in the raft ditch, this leads us through untouched nature to the forest lake Lauer. With a bit of luck, a glimpse of the kingfisher can be found here. After the lock Cospuden we finally reach our destination: the Cospudener See.

Past the Leipzig Canoe Club and through Schleußig and Plagwitz the tour leads back to the city harbor Leipzig.
