During this cooking class, I will teach you how to cook delicious traditional sourdough bread. The same recipe was used by many generations of housewives here in Karia village of Lefkada. The process of making bread is adapted to the appliances of the modern kitchen and is very easy to include in your daily life. Making home-made fresh bread is an unforgettable experience and a healthy habit, as the bread has no yeast at all.

In our bio-dynamic farm we grow organic vegetables and fruits of locel varieties. Our guests will have the opportunity to experience the farm life for the day, participating in all the routine tasks of our farm (feeding the animals, checking the plants and harvesting the vegetables that we will use for cooking. We will cook "briam", a traditional recipe using extra virgin olive oil. Overall our guests will experience a farm to fork meal that they will participate in resourcing the ingredients, preparing and cooking it.
