The Basics

Wander through a viewing tunnel at the Shark Reef Aquarium’s largest exhibit, a shipwreck surrounded by 1.3 million gallons (4.9 million liters) of water. In addition to sharks, you’ll see salt- and freshwater fish, as well as sea turtles, golden crocodiles, giant rays, and more. The touch pool is a favorite among younger visitors, while certified divers have the opportunity to scuba dive in the tanks.

Admission to the aquarium is included in some multi-attraction Las Vegas sightseeing passes.

Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino
There is enough fish and sharks to see for a nice fill in between stops. The water is very clean so the animals are easibly seen. Not to crowded.

Enjoyed the variety of species. Neat and clean. Liked the limited capacity so you could get to a window and view with ease

The most memorable parts is the exhibit itself, The touch tank was really cool. I wish the aquarium glass was cleaner, nonetheless it was a nice experience.

Worth visiting

Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino
I took mom wife and son here to enjoy the sharks and other sea creatures. Overall the experience was pretty good. They can go by pretty fast so I recommend not rushing and enjoying the sights. Some areas can get crowded the overall with social distancing I felt comfortable. The kids will enjoy this absolutely a must see and pretty affordable.

A really nice aquarium. Walking under fish and seeing so many creatures up close was a lovely experience. Children really love it. Wish it was a bigger facility, ended too soon.
