Toei Kyoto Studio Park (Toei Uzumasa Eigamura) Tours

Step back in time to the Edo period in Japan at Toei Kyoto Studio Park (Toei Uzumasa Eigamura), the only theme park in Japan that’s also an open-air film set for period drama (jidaigeki) films. Visitors can watch exciting performances, dress up in period costume, learn fun skills, and enjoy a number of other entertaining attractions.
The Basics
Enjoy a guided tour around the park, which is a replica Edo town, with a Toei actor. Watch street performances or live-action shows with ninjas and samurais, and learn sword fighting or ninja skills yourself. Depending on the timing, visitors can watch a movie or TV show being filmed or meet actors and anime characters. Visitors can also dress up in period costume, to walk around the park or just for photos. Fun attractions include a haunted house, mystery house, several mazes and labyrinths, obstacle courses, and more. Book your tickets ahead of time for convenience and to skip the lines.
