* A traveler said: "We really enjoyed our 2.5+ hours with our hosts. The market tour was fairly brief yet educational as we mainly stopped at specific venders to purchase food items for our meal. Then onto the cooking kitchen on the 3rd floor of the market where we mainly observed the chef prepare a full lunch for us. Her explanation of the various courses and steps to prepare were helpful and we each had a few occasions to practice hands-on if we desired. We made bonito flakes, sliced yellowtail to create sashimi, and made fish balls for the soup. I thought this was a good value for the money and would recommend."
