My Son Sanctuary (Bus - Boat) & Ho An Ancient Town From Da Nang City
Our tour was awesome. Great hotel pick up. Informative tour guide. Nice transition from van to boat on the river down to Hoi An. Had a great time on our tour. Lunch with noodles and flavor packet was a challenge to mix while on the boat. Would have been nice to have napkins and wet wipes to clean hands and up messes. Overall great trip!

Hoi An 'Town & Country' Private Tour
Excellent experience. We went by shuttle car to the river. Then by boat to island. We show making of wooden ships, local rice paper rolls ,local weavers ,temple and back to ancient city. However it requires lot of walking. We enjoyed local food ,tea, coffee. It would have been better if tour in ancient city be replaced by cyclo tour instead of walking. Our guide was very cooperative and excellent. She gave good company.Guided us well.

A delightful town -- wish we could have stayed for the lights at night. Our tour guide Mr. Tin was truly a joy. We visited Monkey Mtn., Marble Mtn and Hoi An. So much to absorb and Mr. Tin made it even more fascinating.

My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An Ancient Town Small-Group Tour
We visited My Son and Hoi An on a tour with Bravo Tours, and had the best guide, Mr Andy, friendly and considerate. Although there was rain, thunder and lightning, it just added to the majesty and atmosphere of this very significant and ancient complex of ruins. I would highly recommend doing My Son and Hoi An, to understand the history of Vietnam and the Champa peoples

Hoi An Nightlife Tour with Hoi An Ancient Walking Tour, Boat Ride, Night Market
My wife and I really enjoyed our tour, and this was a fantastic way to see all Hoi Ann has to offer. You get to see everything in the old town during the day, and the night market and wonderful lanterns as it gets dark. Our tour guide was really great, and even though it was very crowded he managed to get us around everything in good time. He was also really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, as well as taking us to a place where I was keen to go for dinner. The boat trip was extremely relaxing and nice too.

The History of Hoi An Ancient Town

Although the port town of Hoi An was officially established in 1595, traces of human habitation here date back 2,200 years. Due to its strategic location near the ocean, Hoi An was one of the first places in what is now Vietnam to be exposed to Christianity. Its function as a port town ended in the 18th century, leaving the area untouched by modernization.
