You will also have the chance to acquire the knowledge of preparing some special meals that you haven’t heard of, like: Shopska Salad, Ovcharska Salad, Banitsa, Taino Fish Soup, Ceviche, Mangu, etc. My husband and I, we are passionate for the good food, so you will have the chance to learn something from the Italian, Bulgarian and Dominican kitchen. After we show you what we can, you will be able to prepare the food in your own way, to suit your tastes and needs. You will learn how to prepare nice cocktails with rum and fruit juices. At the end of our event, we can pick up our glasses full of cocktails and go to Playa Alicia to watch the sunset.
