Kuelap Fortress Full Day

We leave Chachapoyas at 8:30 am. After 1 hour of travel we make a stop to observe the ruins of Macro, then we continue 10 minutes to the town of Nuevo Tingo, to organize lunch and purchase the entrance tickets to the cable car.
A few more minutes by car we arrive at the boarding point for the cable car, we start a journey of 20 to 25 minutes to the arrival platform (La Malca) there we buy the entrance to the Archaeological site and then we walk for 20 minutes until we reach the Majestic Kuelap Fortress, the visit takes about 2 hours to then return to Malca and then take the Cable Car to the New Tingo, we have lunch at the place and then return to Chachapoyas, arriving at 5:00 pm.

Kuelap In Teleferico

Tour to Kuelap, teleferic trip and Revash - Private

Kuelap, the main archaeological site of the region built by the Chachapoyas
the culture around the year 500a.d. It has 505 enclosures in its interior
distributed in diverse levels; its imposing walls are 600 meters long and
its interior architecture shows its function as a formerly inhabited space.
The fortress is located at 3000masl and to reach it, you will be transported
in a modern cable car that will take you to the complex in just 20 minutes.
Then you will be transferred to the town of San Bartolo from where the walk
of approximately 30 minutes to the Revash mausoleums begins. Revash is a
funerary complex composed of "chullpas" (funerary towers) of one and two
floors of height, painted of other color. The visit will last around 40
minutes after which you will head back to Chachapoyas.
