How to Get There
Hohentubingen Castle is centrally located in Tübingen, a 15-minute walk from the main railway station. The train journey from Stuttgart’s main train station takes around one hour.

Visit the Tubingen Botanical Garden
While in Tübingen, visit the city’s botanical garden, located about two miles north of Hohentubingen Castle. The Botanischer Garten der Universität Tübingen is free to enter, and its outdoor grounds and greenhouses encompass 25 acres (10 hectares) of plant species from all around the world—some 10,000 species in all.
